Keep the core insight
Repurposing starts with one useful idea, not with copying a caption. Define the audience problem, the point of view and the action you want to invite. These three elements travel across channels.
Adapt the native expression
Facebook can carry context and conversation. Instagram needs a strong visual frame and a readable caption. TikTok needs a fast video hook and creator choices. YouTube needs a title, description and a video promise that earns attention. Build each variant for the way people use that channel.
Reuse production, not compromises
Plan the source material so it can create several outputs: a filmed interview, product screenshots, customer quotes and a clear outline. Then create the assets and text variants together. This is faster than retrofitting one finished post.
Validate before approval
Check dimensions, duration, file type, captions, titles, links and privacy choices per channel. A shared master item should make differences visible rather than hiding them. Approval can then be confident and publishing failures become rarer.
Learn which version works
Compare outcomes by channel without assuming that a like means the same thing everywhere. Keep the lesson with the content idea and use it in the next production cycle.
